The firm was established on the 20 August 2020 practicing under the name and style MOLEBALE MAKWALA INC. in or around 1st of May 2023, the firm was changed to MC MAKWALA and ASSOCIATES. The firm is 100% Black owned which is owned by a black male African and a B-BBEE level 1 contributor : 135% Procurement Recognition.
Matome Collins Makwala is the director and partner of the firm, holding LLB from University of Venda.
